In Settings > Group Settings > General. Don't see it? Ask Convirza support.

Which protection level should I start with?

Medium, the default, blocks scores 40 to 100.

Can different groups use different levels?

Yes. Each subgroup can set its own.

Will spam calls still show up in my reports?

Blocked spam isn't transcribed or scored. The Spam Guard report counts it.
