What are the rate limits?

Rate limits scale with your plan and update as you ramp. The current numbers live in the API reference at docs.convirza.com so they reflect today, not the day this page was written. Use webhooks instead of polling: it is usually the single largest reduction in request volume.

When do I use OAuth versus an API key?

Exchange your API key and secret for a 7-day Bearer token to call the REST API as your own account. Use OAuth for the hosted MCP server, so an assistant like Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can act on your account. Both flows live in the Authentication docs.

Can I white-label the platform under my own brand?

Yes. White-label entry is included on the platforms tier. At the enterprise level, white-labeling extends to the full platform: your custom domain, your logo, your product name. Your end customers see your brand throughout. Pricing details on the Pricing page.
