Does Tenstreet send data back to Convirza?

No. Data moves only from Convirza into Tenstreet.

Do you need Zapier to connect Tenstreet?

No. Tenstreet has its own connection in your Convirza account. Zapier is not part of this setup.

Can an admin add Tenstreet for a group?

Yes. Instead of selecting the Tenstreet conversation action on each tracking number, an admin can add it at the group level from Group Settings.

How it works

Connect your Tenstreet account

In Convirza, open the Integrations tab in the left-hand panel, click Connect for Tenstreet, fill in the information the form asks for, then click Save.

Send calls to Tenstreet

Select the Tenstreet conversation action for each tracking number that should send call data, or have an admin add it under Settings > Group Settings > Conversation actions settings.

Remove the old webhook setup

If you used the previous Tenstreet setup, remove that webhook from the group and remove its conversation action.
