Recently I was on a demo call with someone considering purchasing a Convirza subscription.
The demo was going really, really well. I thought they would purchase. But then as the call concluded the decision-maker said this:
“I love your tool, I’m just not sure that I have time to manage it.”
Now, one of the cardinal rules of sales is that you’re not supposed to act stunned when the prospect says something dumb.
Well, I broke that rule. I acted stunned.
Why was I so stunned?
Well, because call tracking doesn’t take more time, it saves MASSIVE amounts of time. We’ve designed Convirza for the modern business and the modern marketer. We know that you don’t have time to log in to a call tracking platform every hour or even every day to listen to calls, view reports, and check out the data.
We’re not dumb. So we built a tool that wasn’t dumb.
Let’s look at the time saving benefits of call tracking–specifically Convirza.
You’re a marketer and you’re using call tracking to determine how many phone calls your PPC campaigns are generating.
Well, don’t worry about logging in every day to track the information. Instead, just have Convirza send you a text message or an email when your campaign reaches thresholds you determine. For example, you could receive a text message when your campaign hits 100 calls each day, or 85 calls in a week, or 10 calls in a month (or whatever).
Stay aware of the information without logging in.
You’re a call center manager. Convirza is recording and scoring calls for you. Well, instead of logging in every few days to see close rates and call scores, you can just have your favorite analytics reports emailed to you every Monday morning.
Convenient.
You’re a marketing manager at a enterprise-level company. You want your boss to know how freaking awesome you are. So you have Convirza automatically send him call reports twice a month.
Easy.
I could go on, and on, and on. But I won’t.
The bottom line is this: the only thing call tracking will do is save you time and money.
