We decided to ride the latest marketing wave and start producing infographics.
In this blog post we will summarize the infographics we’ve created, and then bust out some crazy cool data about the effectiveness of our infographics.
Infographics take time and effort and so it is critical to figure out if they’re working.

April – The Q1 Conversation Analytics Call Report [Infographic]
This infographic marks the beginning of a new age for Convirza. It contains data extracted from millions of call segments that ran through our Conversation Analytics engine in Q1 of 2014. This is data that has never been gathered or shared ANYWHERE before.
I’ll share some high level data about the effectiveness of infographics generally and then discuss the effectiveness of each infographic.
– Our infographics have produced an average of 10x more ‘leads’ than an average blog post.
– The infographics are shared on social media 4x more frequently than our average blog post.
– The infographics have 75% higher traffic than an average blog post.
February – The Convirza 2013 Year-In-Review [Infographic]

March – The Truth About Call Tracking and Local SEO [Infographic]

April – The Q1 Conversation Analytics Call Report [Infographic]
As we said above, this infographic has really been a watershed piece of content for us. Visits, shares, uniques and leads have flowed steadily. The other thing this infographic has produced is press mentions. Industry influencers like Brian Massey, Jeremy ‘Shoemoney’ Schoemaker, and Michael Fleischner have mentioned the infographic and published content about it. It’s also been shared on blogs ranging from Vistage to CPC Strategy.
Additionally, and most importantly, this infographic has generated leads. Dozens of people have viewed the infographic and then downloaded a White Paper which details Conversation Analytics.
Turns out, if you share awesome and original data, people like it!
We’re going to keep doing infographics because they produce engagement and leads. I’m confident that if we had shared the same data via a blog post or a White Paper, it would not have produced the same positive trends that we’re seeing from the infographics.
