Convirza has a portfolio of products and services so you may be confused about which of our products you subscribed to and where to login to access your services. For those of you new to our product offerings we have three products each with their own login page:
1. For those customers that have been around for more than a year, you are aware that we recently changed our company name and renamed our original product, LogMyCalls. LogMyCalls, now Convirza for Call Quality Management, was our first call tracking and quality management platform and provides users with call scoring, conversation analysis and call tracking all in one application. Most customers are on this platform today and can login here.
2. In March of last year we acquired a division of CallSource and with it the use of CallTrack™ their call analytics platform. If you are a former CallSource customer now being serviced by Convirza, you are more than likely still on this service. We are working diligently to migrate all CallSource customers to Convirza products but until then, login here.
3. Our newest offering, Convirza for Advertisers, was launched late last year is our next generation Call Marketing Optimization platform focusing squarely on the sophisticated digital marketer who wants to attribute phone calls to their digital marketing campaigns. This new platform which offers, keyword-level call tracking, sophisticated post-call automation and conversation analytics can be accessed from this login page.
