Two of the coolest uses of Conversation Analytics are the ability to gather Missed Opportunity data and Phone Sale Analytics. This prospect was flabbergasted by these two things. He simply couldn’t believe that Conversation Analytics could actually determine when there was a Missed Opportunity on a phone call. Nor, did he believe that Conversation Analytics could actually determine when there was a sale or ‘conversion’ on the phone.
