This morning—May 18, 2015–we announced that we had changed our name and our brand from LogMyCalls to Convirza.
We hope this caught you by surprise a little bit! We tried to keep it under wraps for several months, as we settled on a name, a logo, a brand, and finally built a website.
Hopefully we succeeded.
The big question you’re probably asking though, is this: what does this mean for me?
Let’s try to answer that question.
You may have missed it, but buried in our new name and brand announcement, we also announced a new product: Convirza for Advertisers. This is the first call marketing optimization platform on the market. It combines call tracking, deep call analytics, and marketing automation, in one powerful product.
This is the product that will revolutionize the call analytics world. It is a game-changer. (And yes, I’m aware that is an over-used phrase, but this time we’re serious).
The bottom line is that the call analytics world has never seen a workflow-based marketing automation product. It has never seen something that can do what Convirza for Advertisers can do:
– Automated Bid Management Triggers – Change and optimize bids with data take from phone calls, on-the-fly and automatically.

LogMyCalls served our customers well for 3 years. Thousands of customers use it. They love it. It serves their call tracking, call recording, and call management needs. But with the new brand, we realized that we also needed to re-name our existing product. Hence, Convirza for Call Quality Monitoring (CQM).
Our clients now using Convirza for CQM LOVE it. And we don’t want them to switch to the Convirza for Advertisers platform unless they really, really want to. The bottom line is that Convirza for CQM (formerly LogMyCalls) is a vital part of many businesses. And it works great. So, keep on, keepin’ on.
If you are CQM customer, your billing won’t change, your plans won’t change, your login won’t change, and your data won’t change. The only thing that will change is the look of the site when you login. You’ll notice the Convirza logo…and that’s about it. Also, the entity that bills you will be Convirza.
The biggest benefit for you, our customer and friend, is that you now have the opportunity to gather more data from phone calls than you’ve ever gathered before. You have more data at your fingertips to help you optimize your marketing campaigns. This data is what separates you from your competition.
We hope you’ll see this new brand as an exciting upgrade. It means our company is growing up. And we’re thrilled about it. We hope you are too!
